Player Pathways at The Club 315
At The Club 315, we believe meaningful improvement in pickleball comes from time, repetition, and intentional development. There are no quick fixes for level improvement, and every player progresses at their own pace. Players stay within their development pathways based on their current rating levels, ensuring they learn and play in an environment that supports their growth.
Each pathway offers level-specific coaching, programs, and play opportunities designed to build confidence, support long-term development, and help players enjoy the sport while naturally progressing over time.
Recreational Pathway / Development (2.0–2.9)
We absolutely love welcoming new and beginner players into the sport, and many of them continue their journey right here in our Recreational Development Pathway. After completing our StartUp Intro Session or Intro Series, players enter this pathway to build confidence, gain experience, and enjoy the game in a supportive, relaxed environment.
The Recreational Development Pathway brings together both newer players and long-time recreational athletes, creating a friendly mix of people who enjoy steady-paced play and meaningful improvement. It’s a great place to meet others, learn the game at your own pace, and feel part of the community—whether you’ve been playing for two weeks or two years.
Intermediate Pathway (3.5)
Our Intermediate Pathway is designed for players who are consistent, confident, and ready for a higher level of strategy and pace. At 3.5, athletes are refining their shot selection, movement patterns, and tactical awareness while enjoying faster, more competitive play.
This pathway brings together players who love structure, challenge, and purposeful improvement—while still appreciating a supportive, community-focused environment.
The High Performance Pathway is for players who thrive on elite competition and fast, intentional play. At this level, athletes embrace challenge, crave intensity, and push their skills with purpose. This pathway brings together driven competitors who want to refine advanced techniques and elevate every part of their game.
We offer specialized coaching and strong competitive opportunities—including DUPR Ladder, Moneyball, and high-level match play—so players can continue growing and performing at their best.
